STEP 1: Pay the Application Fee and Set-up Student Profile

When prompted by the link below, the STUDENT will create an Augusoft account. Retain this login information to access your account for future payments.

Help with Augusoft:

1. Add the correct “PreCollege Application Fee” to Cart
2. Select CREATE NEW PROFILE under New Students.

   

3. Select NO THANKS in the Membership Drop-down menu, membership is not required. Check ‘Student Profile (single user)’. It is recommended to not create a household account with parents, but a single account for the student (learner). Click Submit.

   

4. Enter the student’s information when you CREATE NEW STUDENT PROFILE
   • Take a photo of each screen as you complete them, to save for your records, as you will need this login information for future payments.
   • Your contact and mailing information must be up-to-date, if you have a change of address prior to PreCollege please email precollege@ringling.edu.

     

     

5. Click Submit.
6. In the top right hand corner, click View Cart to confirm you have added the PreCollege Application Fee to cart. Verify that you are registering for either the On-Campus or Online program.

   

7. Click Checkout and follow the prompts to process payment.
8. You will then receive two emails (from scs@ringling.edu): a receipt and a confirmation. 
   
   Be sure to Record the Transaction ID on top of your receipt, this is required to complete the PreCollege Application.

   

STEP 2: Complete the PreCollege Application 

To Complete the PreCollege 2022 Application, click below and follow the steps below through Google Forms:

PLEASE NOTE

• After filling out your section of the PreCollege Application, you will need to invite your required Recommender by copy and pasting the correct link below in an email, with a request to complete the form on your behalf within 10 days. PreCollege Applications are not complete until the Recommendation has been submitted.

• The PreCollege application fee must be paid in advance of completing the PreCollege Application. You will be required to enter the Transaction ID number. Please have this ready when you begin. See STEP 1.
